With only two Seniors celebrated at Senior night last Thursday night the Pleasantville Trojan volleyball team will look to the future next season.

The Trojans will bring back 12 of he 14 girls on the roster with eight of them being Seniors in 2017. With eight girls that have played together through their high school careers, and with the emphasis on team building by first year Head Coach Jenn Douma the Pleasantville volleyball program looks to take a giant step forward in 2017. Juniors Katelyn Sandholdt, Madyson Thill, Corinne Thomas and Kylee Vanhaalen will all be seniors next season, seniors returning after major contributions in both of Pleasantvilles wins this season along side Sophomores Sydnee McKinney and Tayler Foley who will be Juniors. The 2017 Trojan team should be a heavy upperclassmen unit with plenty of experience to lean on. With hard work in the off season, this Trojan team hopes to build off of improvement from this 2016 season.
