The Knoxville Hospital & Clinics Foundation held its annual Gala at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame in Knoxville Saturday night.

The funds raised from the event are designated to improve hospitality services at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics, including the purchase of a coffee bar for patients and community members. CEO Kevin Kincaid tells KNIA/KRLS News events like this let the hospital relate to the community it serves. He says the health care professionals at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics serve their friends, neighbors and families everyday. The evening included a social hour, a silent auction and local businesses competed in a game of Family Feud hosted by KNIA/KRLS General Manager Jim Butler.
