The Pella City Council will look to make an amendment to the city’s emergency response mutual agreement with agencies at their meeting this evening.

A 28E Agreement for first responders developed in 2010 previously omitted the Pella Rural Fire Department for a document establishing guidelines for mutual aid. During policy and planning following the regular meeting, the council will discuss the Pella Area Development Corporation proposal and hear upcoming budget needs for the community services and electric departments. The Pella City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
