Living Windows and the Lighted Parade around the Knoxville square has many participating businesses doing their part to bring holiday cheer to the city on Thursday.

Curt Schwanebeck with the Grand Theater says Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in the lobby to meet children. The Knoxville Community Chorus will also be performing in the theater space. David Hoke with Iowa State Savings Bank says “Dinky Donuts,” a startup donut stand supported by the bank will be set up outside their investment office. Wells Fargo Branch Manager Dameon Larson tells KNIA/KRLS News music and refreshments will be available in their building. The Knoxville High School Chorus will perform and guests can enjoy hot cider and snacks. Living Windows begins at 5:30 p.m. and the Lighted Parade will follow at 7:30 p.m. The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio will be on the square, broadcasting live, giving visitors the opportunity to sign up for the KNIA/KRLS Christmas Cash Giveaway, accepting items for the KNIA/KRLS Holiday Food Drive, and playing Christmas Music.
