Small Business Saturday fits in between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Knoxville Chamber of Commerce President Ben Butler says people should take some time to see what local stores have to offer. He says we often walk by local stores without getting to know them. Small Business Saturday was first observed in 2010.
