When the Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad hit the floor on Saturday for their season opener against P-C-M, many of the players were playing their first ever varsity game. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports many of the girls who played J-V last year like Hannah Swan, Tiffany VandeKamp, and others are seeing their first varsity minutes of their careers. He says the lineup may change a lot as the coaching staff tries to find a combination that fits together.
