Warm weather encouraged many local shoppers and those visiting the county to stop by local stores during Small Business Saturday.

The annual event following Black Friday encourages shopping locally and supporting small businesses nationwide during the busiest time of the year for retailers.

Both the Pella and Knoxville chambers of commerce participated.
