Foggy conditions will exist through the early morning hours both today and overnight into Christmas morning.
According to the National Weather Service, visibility may be lowered to less than a mile during those times. Showers and an isolated thunderstorm are possible on Christmas Day, with day-time highs in the mid-50s creeping near records.

Yesterday, wet, heavy snow fell throughout most of the area, with most locations receiving just under an inch. Multiple accidents occurred countywide, but no serious injuries were reported.
