The Marion County Board of Supervisors hold their first meeting of 2017 today and Steve McCombs of Tracy will take a seat on the board replacing retiring Supervisor Jim Kingery.

The Supervisors will be selecting a new Chair and Vice-Chair before settling in to deal with organizational matters, including appointments of Supervisors to county boards, designation of a Medical Examiner, setting reimbursement rates for county employee mileage, appointing a county ADA Commissioner, and setting official 2017 holidays for Marion County, among other items. The Supervisors will meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Marion County Courthouse.
