Three adults were taken into custody this week in relation to forgery reported in Pella.
Nicholas Kuntz, 22, Chamberley Danley, 26, and William Cloyd, 27, each were arrested and charged with two counts of forgery a piece, a class D felony, and theft charges.
According to court records, the trio is accused of passing stolen checks, with Kuntz cashing them for more than $600 total and charged with 4th degree theft, while Danley and Cloyd face 5th degree theft.
The Pella Police Department handled the investigation.
