Jose Efren Valdez Rangel of Pleasantville was arrested Thursday for Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree.

The charge stems from an incident that took place on November 10th of 2016 in which Valdez is accused of knowingly having non-consensual sex with a 16-year-old minor after he pushed the victim to the ground in a bathroom before taking off his clothes and assaulting her sexually.
