The Knoxville Senior Center will be conducting their second of six diabetes educational classes on Thursday February 9th.

The classes will be given by registered nurse Frann Otte. Frann is a certified Diabetes Empowerment Education Program educator who conducts diabetes self-management education classes. The goal of the classes is to better inform the senior citizen community on the benefits of better self-care when it comes to living with diabetes. The classes will run from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Knoxville Senior Center and cost $12 for members and $24 for non-members.
