The National Weather Service has released its first spring flood outlook for 2017.
Senior Hydrologist Jeff Zogg tells KNIA/KRLS News the risk of minor river flooding is near normal due to a warm, dry winter so far. Zogg says the report allows those along streams to better plan for flood events. An updated outlook will be available on March 2nd.
