Heritage Home Educators presents The Snow Queen on Saturday, March 25th, at the Living Word Fellowship in Knoxville.

Cast member Laura Barr, who plays the storyteller, tells KNIA/KRLS News the Hans Christian Anderson Story is about two characters, Kai and Gerda, who are best friends until a piece of glass finds its way into Kai’s eye, causing him to see the world in a different way. Soon after being taken by the Snow Queen, Kai forgets his happy life and Gerda must go on her own journey to find him.
