Just after 9 a.m. Monday morning a one vehicle accident occurred on Highway 92 just west of the Highway 5 exit.

The vehicle left the roadway and came to rest in the the ditch next to a tree. One person was transferred to the Knoxville Hospital and clinics. Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville Police Department, Knoxville Rural Township Fire Department and Knoxville Fire and Rescue responded to the accident.
