The new Knoxville VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is today at 1 p.m.

The event will take place in front of the new facility located at 1607 North Lincoln Street in Knoxville. The ceremony will include the posting of the colors, national anthem and pledge of allegiance. Remarks will be given by Congressman Dave Loebsack, Knoxville Mayor Brian Hatch, as well as other VA staff and officials. Refreshments and tours of the facility will follow the program which will last until 6 p.m.
