Spanish students from throughout the region were tested on their knowledge during an annual challenge at Central College.
Students in Spanish II through IV participated in the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese Quiz Bowl Tuesday. Schools from across central Iowa, including Pella, Pella Christian, and Pleasantville, were challenged to write stories, perform skits, sing songs, and test their knowledge in quizzes, all in Spanish.
