Families from the community enjoyed an evening of fun at the annual Spring Fling for Pella Christian Grade School Friday.

Activities, including a silent auction, gift certificate table, a meal, and a raffle at Pella Christian High School aimed to raise funds for programs at the grade school.

The evening ended with a showing of the Pixar movie Up, which was the theme of the evening, with someone dressed as the film’s main character greeting children at the door.
