The latest forecast for the upcoming Tulip Time festival in Pella looks promising for those aiming to enjoy the outdoors during the celebration.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures in the mid-to-upper 60s will be in place by the afternoon parades Thursday and Friday, with afternoon highs topping out just over 70 by Saturday.

Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast throughout the three day festival as well.
