Today is the beginning of Pella’s biggest annual tradition.

Tulip Time has officially started throughout the community. Day one of the festival features the Queen and Royal Court coronation at the Tulip Toren beginning at 1 p.m., the first Volks parades at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m., as well as tours of the Tulip City, Pella Opera House, and Pella Historical Village throughout the day.

Tonight’s Grandstand entertainment at 7 p.m. is the Trinity Reformed Church Worship Team, and is free of charge. Find a full schedule here.
