The Pella School Board reviewed student testing scores at a work session Monday.

The board reviewed data trends from the Iowa Assessments and how students did in math, science, and reading. The board also received a presentation from Ben Bollard about new innovation and continuous improvement standards in the district and how his new position will work.

Bollard says the aim to find solutions to maximize improvement in the district.
