The Pella School Board had the opportunity to review overall scores from students taking the Iowa Assessments at their work session this week.

Superintendent Greg Ebeling says each year, the board and administrators review proficiency in math, science, and reading. Ebeling says Pella ranks well among the best schools in the nation, state, and region, with an average of approximately 90% of students hitting proficiency goals in the district.
