Falling behind early 2-0, the Knoxville baseball team used a four run third and a five run sixth to come back and take down South Central Conference rival Centerville last night 9-4.

Ben Wallace, despite some early struggles, was stellar on the mound and the dish, picking up the win and hitting a pair of bases clearing extra base hits. Kaleb Striegle came on strong in relief, while sophomore RJ Roberts continued his strong start to the season with a pair of hits and a sacrifice bunt. Head Coach Matt Miller told KNIA/KRLS Sports that the team is still trying to find their feet a little bit to start the season. The Panthers improve to 4-2 on the season, and will next play against Albia in a doubleheader on Friday.
