Justin Grant was simply too much and too good Saturday night as he lead all 30 laps of the USAC National Sprint Car feature race to take the win. Grant took off from his pole starting position and had over a second lead…even with two race stoppages for crashes. Robert Ballou took second and Chad Boesfplug was third. Kevin Hetrick won his third 305 feature at the Knoxville Raceway, as he took advantage of a restart and gradually moved up to make a final lap final corner pass of Chris Walraven. Wayne Johnson, who had an off night from the ASCS won the 360 race. He lead all 18 laps and was never really challenged. This week is a two-night show as the World of Outlaws come calling to face Team Knoxville on Friday and Saturday night.
