All Marion County employers and employees are invited to the Marion County Employers’ Council (ECI) of Iowa lunch and learn this Thursday.

This session’s topic is How to Grown Your Own Workforce. The presenter will provide info and solutions on utilizing the talent a business has to grow the talent they want, connecting with students and colleges to attract talent, promoting a business, and Registered Apprenticeships through Iowa Works. The free session will be Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Central College Central Market, with lunch available for a cost.
