The Central College sustainability department has been hard at work this summer aiming to improve practices in both power use and food consumed and produced on campus.

Coordinator of Sustainability Education Giselle Bruskewitz tells KNIA/KRLS News emphasis continues on making more local food available on campus, including the incorporation of additional local farmers in their cafeteria and in the Central College gardens.
