Playing in a pair of games on a road trip to Centerville yesterday, the Pleasantville Trojan softball team earned a split taking down Moravia 11-9 and falling to the hosts 5-2.
Against Moravia, Andie Sowers started in the circle and picked up her first varsity win. Abby DeJoode pitched well in game two, but the Trojan offense couldn’t muster up enough runs to claim the victory. Pleasantville is now 16-12 on the season, and will play Central Decatur tonight at home.
