The seventh annual Red Rock Balloonfest continues today.

The first launch of the festival took place last night.

Pella Convention and Visitors Bureau Director Jill Vandevoort says activities this evening feature the Rock Bottom Band performing at North Overlook Beach from 6 to 10 p.m. The next scheduled balloon launches are at 6:30 this evening and 6:30 a.m. tomorrow, with the night glow set for 9 p.m. tonight.
