The Knoxville Public Library will host their Summer Outdoor Day tomorrow.

The event is on the east side and rear of the library due to current construction in front of the building. The Summer Outdoor Day is the culmination of the Summer Reading Program in which children who took part have a day to celebrate their accomplishments while receiving prizes. Director of the Library Roslin Thompson tells KNIA/KRLS News tomorrow’s event will features some rides for the children, different arts and crafts activities as well as free popsicles for everyone in attendance. Tomorrows event will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will run until noon to accommodate for the warmer temperatures expected later in the day.
