Counting down the top 10 moments at Pleasantville High School for the 2016-17 season, starting today with #10. After being the only athlete to qualify to the state track and field meet in one event in 2016, Pleasantville junior Hunter Tyree would quadruple that in 2017 and qualify individually for both the 100m and 400m dashes, while also being a part of the shuttle hurdle relay team and the 4x400m relay team.

Tyree would qualify for the finals in the 100m for championship Saturday and garner an overall 6th place finish, to go along with his 10th place finish in the 400m. The relay teams would also fare well, competing on championship Saturday with an 8th place finish in the 4x400m and a 5th place finish for the shuttle hurdle.
