A local group of area men have donated their next check to a local non-profit organization.

The Red Rock chapter of 100+ Men on a Mission donated $4300 to Freedom House Ministries in Pella. Freedom House is a place of refuge for girls who have been sexually exploited, where they can receive prayer, counseling, mentoring, and a place to belong. Jennifer Attema with the Freedom House tells KNIA/KRLS News they plan to open a home in the Pella area for girls out of trafficking, with the goal of being up and running in an apartment by the end of January, and for long term purposes, they are looking for a house.
