After a nail-biting win last week over PCM, the going should get a little bit easier tonight for the Pella Christian football team, who is a heavy favorites on the road at Albia.

It’s the last non-district tune-up for the Eagles, and coach Rich Kacmarynski says he’s looking for improvements from last week to this week.

“Our message has been that we need to take a step forward, clean up some of our mistakes and play our best football. Really the opponent is not Albia, the opponent is ourselves, so we’re going to focus on playing our best ball. We had a really good week of practice, so I’m confident that we’re going to play really well tonight.”
