The east section of the Truman Road/Clark Street intersection in Pella will be closed beginning Tuesday.

City of Pella Public Works staff says they are working to relocate a water main currently under the east side of the street to be closer to Pella Corporation on the west side of Clark. The project will cost the city approximately $485,000. Clark Street will have two lanes of traffic open during the intersection closure, and all access to Pella Corporation remains open. The closure is expected to last through the end of September.
