ARRESTS:
 On 10/17/17, Joel B. Stevenson, 35, of Pella was charged with public intoxication. Stevenson was incarcerated.
 On 10/17/17, a male juvenile of Pella was charged with two counts of harassment-1 st degree. The juvenile was transported to a juvenile detention facility.
 On 10/19/17, a male juvenile of Reasnor was charged with possession of tobacco under the legal age. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.
 On 10/20/17, Kaelly R. Scherff, 23, of Pella was charged with harassment-1 st degree. Scherff was incarcerated.
 On 10/20/17, a male juvenile of Pella was charged with possession of tobacco under the legal\ age. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.
 On 10/21/17, Miguel A. Rios, 22, of Fort Worth, Texas was charged with operating while intoxicated. Rios was incarcerated.
