The Indiana Township Fire Department Open House and Fall Festival was held Saturday.

A free will donation chili soup and potato soup dinner was served during the event, with drinks and desserts served by the Knoxville Hy-Vee. Families who attend the event were treated to free kids activities including Smitty’s Inflatables, pumpkin painting, fire truck tours, rope making and kids water wars. Door prizes were handed out and a silent auction was also held. All proceeds of Saturday’s event will go towards the purchase of new breathing apparatuses and bunker gear. The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio was at the event playing music and making announcements.
