
Knoxville residents braved the cold Friday evening to enjoy another round of Live After 5 on the downtown square.
Families came out for another night of trick or treating and a chance to show off their costumes. Local businesses handed out treats despite the windy, cold conditions.The Knoxville Hy-Vee provided a free hotdog, chips and drink meal to the first 359 children and the KNIA/KRLS “Lil” Big Red Radio was on hand playing music, making announcements and handing out candy. Following the extra night of trick or treating adults enjoyed live music at the Nearwood Winery as well as a costume contest with the winner receiving a $100 first place prize.
