The Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Foundation’s annual Gala will be held Saturday.

The gala will take place at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum in Knoxville from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Katrina Nelson with the hospital tells KNIA/KRLS News what this year’s gala entertainment will be Thistle and Lace, a three member a Capella group. Thistle and Lace is made up of John and Ashley McLemore and Natilee Bertolozzi. John is a former minister of the Knoxville Church of Christ as well as a former Knoxville Kiwanis member. The gala will also feature a 1970’s theme with guests encouraged to dress in 70’s era clothing. A best dress contest for both 1970’s style and 2017 style will also be part of the event. Tickets for the gala are $75 per person with all tax-deductible proceeds benefiting the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Foundation which will use the funds to purchase new ears, nose and throat equipment for the hospital.
