The State Girls Swimming Meet is today at Marshalltown and three Marion County swimmers will be in the pool today. Taylor Purvis is will be competing in the 100 backstroke…she is also qualified along with Knoxville’s Kinsli Cram in the 200 medley relay. Swimming for Newton…Pella’s Lindsey Blommers will be swimming in the 100 breaststroke. The State Swimming Meet will get underway this morning at the Marshalltown Y-M-C-A.
