Current Knoxville City Council Member Dylan Morse is seeking reelection to the council after being appointed in August.
Before serving on the council Morse has been involved in other volunteer groups and organizations throughout Knoxville, he tells KNIA/KRLS News he tries to be a part of things that he feels can help Knoxville move forward.
Morse says his magic wand wish for the city of Knoxville would to be able to add 1,000 more people to the population. Morse says with the extra amount of people the tax burden would be down and there would be more people to help out with civil services and other volunteer efforts to help with improving the city.
Morse, Megan Suhr and Jason Everly will all be on Tuesday’s ballot for voters to decide which two they want on the Knoxville City Council.
KNIA/KRLS News will have elections results for all of Marion County as unofficial results are announced after the polls close on Tuesday.
