Area county and city offices will be closed for Thanksgiving later this week.

Knoxville City Hall is closed Thursday and Friday, as is the Marion County Courthouse. The Knoxville Rec Center is closed on Thursday and will reopen Friday at 5 a.m., with no classes scheduled Friday or Saturday. The following City of Pella offices will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving: City Hall, Community Services, Electric Distribution, Planning and Zoning, Library, and Public Works. Thursday’s trash route will run on Wednesday. The following citie will also have offices closed Thursday and Friday: Monroe, Pleasantville, and Melcher-Dallas (City Hall and Library).
