The PCM wrestling team is ranked 9th as a team and boasts four individual wrestlers, while Pleasantville has a number one ranked individual wrestler according to IAWrestle.com which brings high expectations for both programs.

Chaz Clark was the state runner-up in the 220lb bracket as a junior for the Trojans and has his eyes set on a state championship. The Trojans as a team however will have to replace three perennial state meet qualifiers in Griffin McBride, Sawyer Phillips and Will Anthony.

As for the Mustangs slew of ranked wrestlers, Payton Drake is ranked 10th at 113lbs, while a trio of state meet qualifiers from last year are also ranked as Wes Cummings at 160lbs is ranked 4th, Lucas Roland boasts a number 2 ranking at 170lbs, and Jarron Trausch is ranked 6th at 182.
