Helping Hands Food Pantry in Knoxville is asking the public for help before Christmas.

The pantry is in need of turkeys for their annual holiday baskets which the pantry provides to less fortunate families throughout Marion County. Chuck Galeazzi from Helping Hands tells KNIA/KRLS News there has been a lot of requests for turkeys leading up to Christmas so if there is anyone in the community who has a turkey to donate or would like to purchase a turkey to donate just stop by Helping Hands in Knoxville.
