The Knoxville Booster Club Jamboree will be held in just over two weeks at the Knoxville High School.

Knoxville Middle School and High School students will have a chance to purchase tickets to the JV Girls, Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys basketball games for $1 from their school offices by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 10th. The $1 ticket will give students admission to all three games plus a free meal of hot dogs, chips and a drink on Friday, January 12th. Every student who attends the jamboree will be entered into a raffle drawing for a chance at winning different prizes. Betsy Tille with the Booster Club tells KNIA/KRLS News last year 174 students attended the jamboree and this year the club is shooting for 200. Tickets must be purchased prior to the January 10th deadline for participants to receive the free meal. Student Activity Card Holders need to show their card in the school office to receive their ticket. Basketball players, band members and anyone participating in activities during the event will also receive a ticket.
