Having won three of four games last week, and already winning against Wayne on Tuesday, the Pleasantville Trojan girls basketball team has a strong chance to end the season strong heading into regional play.

The Trojans sit at 9-10 on the season, and have Bedford and Southeast Warren still left on the schedule. The Bulldogs have lost six of their last seven games, and have only won three games the entire season, while the Warhawks have already been defeated by the Trojans in conference play earlier this season. Southeast Warren was held to just 27 points in that meeting, with Blair Steenhoek scoring 19 of those points. The Trojans have already surpassed their win total since the 2010-11 season, which is also the last time they finished over .500. The Trojans will make the long road trip to Bedford this Friday night, in a doubleheader that can be heard live on our KNIA3 stream.
