Representative Greg Heartsill and Senator Amy Sinclair held office hours Friday at the Marion County Courthouse.

Representative Heartsill tells KNIA/KRLS News manyf issues were covered including water quality, managed care organizations and mental health. Heartsill says there were people who had appointments and there were plenty of walk-ins but everybody was heard and he feels the office hours went smoothly. Other items addressed included gun rights legislation as well as medicaid issues and the budget. The legislators will hold their next two office hours at Marion County Courthouse from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, March 9th. Representative Heartsill will also meet at the Pleasantville City Hall the second Friday of each month starting on March 9th from noon to 1 p.m.
