The PCM Mustang girls basketball team has a lot to look forward to for the upcoming season in 2018-19.

No seniors graduated from this past years squad, and the team saw more than seven girls see significant playing time at the varsity level. Sophomore Regan Freland put up a team high 19.1 points this past season despite receiving the most attention from opposing teams defenses, while junior Camryn Wignall came back from an injury to put up 6.8 points per game. Freshman Lilli Baird, who wasn’t able to finish the season due to an injury, will also be a major part of the team’s future, as she took over ballhandling duties and scored just under 8 points per game. A full season recap of the Mustangs season can be heard on the Knoxville Hyvee Radio Coaches Corner in the coming weeks.
