Numerous athletes from the Pella and Pella Christian Girls Basketball teams received all-conference honors in a talent-heavy Little Hawkeye Conference this past season.

Emily Holterhaus of the Lady Dutch was one of five unanimous selections on the first team. The 6-1 junior had a breakout season, averaging 16.8 points and 11.3 rebounds per game for 4th place Pella.

Her teammate Chloe Van Vliet was named to the second team. The senior tallied 12.4 points per contest.

Pella Christian’s Kaley Wilson and Morgan Fopma also received second team honors. Wilson and Fopma both averaged just over 11 points per game for the sixth-place Eagles. Wilson was 2nd in steals among her conference peers with 94, while Fopma’s 8.8 rebounds per contest ranked 3rd among league peers.

Pella seniors Erica Bossard and Kara Wichhart, and P.C. juniors Isabella Baugh and Emma Huisman all received honorable mentions.
