ARRESTS:
 On 03/11/18, Samantha J. M. Davis, 26, of Knoxville was charged with operating while
intoxicated. Davis was incarcerated.
 On 03/12/18, Talon M. B. Woods, 22, of Lynnville was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia. Woods was cited and released with a court date.
 On 03/13/18, Jason A. Kincel, 28, of Oskaloosa was charged with driving while suspended.
Kincel was cited and released with a court date.
 On 03/15/18, David A. Van Ryswyk, 30, of Pella was charged with possession of marijuana and
possession of drug paraphernalia. Van Ryswyk was pretrial released with a court date.
WARRANTS:
 On 03/17/18, Tyler D. Schneider, 24, of Knoxville was picked up on a Marion County arrest
warrant. Schneider was transported to the Marion County jail.
