The Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field Squad finished fourth at the Chariton Invitational last night, just ten points out of the second place in a tight battle for second-through-fourth as Martensdale St. Mary’s won with 165 points, Southeast Warren at 124, Lamoni scored 118, and the Sabers had 114 total points. Winners for the Sabers were: Brock DenBurger in the 110 hurdles, Nick Haselhuhn took first in the 400, Dakota Pinegar won the 100, and the Sabers 4×100 and 200 meter relays also took first place. Coach Aaron Allspach told KNIA/KRLS Sports even with the 13 guys out this year, they all did very well.
