Pella Christian is moving to the girls regional tennis finals this weekend after defending their home court in the opening rounds of Class 1A postseason action.

The Eagles defeated Clarke 5-0 and Oskaloosa 5-2 to make it to the final sixteen teams. They join Pella in the final group of teams remaining in girls tennis. Pella Christian hits the road to Osceola to take on Shenandoah, while Pella travels to Norwalk Saturday.

Additionally, singles and doubles players from both squads will compete in the individual regional tournament Wednesday at Pella High School.
